Free Inspection: Know Before You Clean
At Airflow Ducts, we believe in transparency and informed decision-making. That’s why we offer a free inspection before any duct, vent, furnace, or HVAC cleaning service. This no-obligation service allows homeowners and business owners to understand the condition of their air systems before committing to a cleaning appointment.
A clean HVAC system begins with a clear, accurate assessment — and we provide it at absolutely no cost.
What Does Our Free Inspection Include?
Our free inspection is quick, professional, and non-invasive. Here’s what it covers:
1- Visual Ductwork Assessment:
We examine key access points and vents using cameras or scopes to detect dust, lint buildup, debris, and potential mold.
2- Airflow Evaluation:
We assess whether airflow is restricted or uneven, which could signal duct blockages or system inefficiencies.
3- Vent & Return Inspection:
Our technicians check both supply vents and return registers for signs of dust, dirt, and hidden blockages.
4- Furnace & AC Unit Check:
We visually inspect the blower motor, filters, and coils for excessive dirt that may require professional cleaning.
5- Dryer Vent Check:
If applicable, we’ll inspect your dryer vent for signs of clogging or airflow restrictions.
After the inspection, we’ll walk you through the findings and explain your options — no pressure, just honest recommendations.

FAQs
Do I need to be home during the inspection?
While it’s not mandatory, we do recommend that someone is home during the inspection. This allows our technician to discuss findings with you in real time and answer any questions you may have about your HVAC system.
Is there any obligation to purchase services after the inspection?
Absolutely not. Our inspection is commitment free. We provide a full report of our findings so you can make an informed decision no pressure, no obligation.
What if everything looks clean?
If everything is in good condition, that’s great news! We’ll simply document our findings, give you a maintenance schedule recommendation, and leave you with peace of mind no further services are required unless you request them.
How long does the inspection take?
Typically 20–30 minutes, depending on the size and complexity of your HVAC system.
What areas are included in the full inspection?
Our full system inspection covers ducts, vents, furnace, AC unit, dryer vent, filters, and return vents. We make sure no part of your system is overlooked.
